2. Is this installation covered under SLA? Yes No

3. Complete installation following below instructions: Install stop valve to water source if there is not a dedicated line. Install inline shutoff valve to the end of outlet tee. Install new water softener cartridge. Fit tubing to connect stop valve and softener inlet. Fit tubing to connect shut off valve to braided line to espresso machine. Install pressure regulator between inline shut off valve and braided line

4. Validate the new filtration system flows in the following order Stop Valve > Water Softener > Outlet Tee > Regulator > Machine Confirmed If not confirmed, please revisit Step 3

5. Validate there are no leaks. Confirmed If not confirmed, please revisit Step 3
